Policies & Guidelines

By understanding and cooperating with these policies and guidelines, you contribute to the safe and smooth operation of The Studio and help us provide the best possible experience for all participants. Thank you for your support and commitment to a thriving studio space and your wellbeing. 

Waiver & Release

  • All participants must sign the waiver and release that was sent to your email address after your first booking before participating in any activities at The Studio

Safety & Wellness

  • Prioritize your safety and inform the teacher of any injuries or health concerns before class.

  • Stay hydrated and nourished.

Community & Inclusivity

  • We welcome individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds to embrace a healthier lifestyle.

  • Help us create a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants.

Illness Policy

  • Please do not come to The Studio if you're feeling unwell, to safeguard your health and others'.

Arrival & Departure

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled class and kindly exit the studio promptly after class to allow for smooth transitions.

  • Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be given to another participant.

Cancelation & Refund

  • Classes are not refundable or transferable. 

  • Cancel your group class at least 18 hours in advance to avoid losing class credit. Late cancellation fees are currently waived.

  • Private sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance prior to avoid charges.

Payment Options

  • The Studio accepts all major credit cards, cash (change is not provided) or checks.

Schedule Changes

  • The Studio schedule is subject to change. 

  • Group classes with fewer than three participants may be canceled with at least 2 hours advanced notice. 

  • ​Participants are responsible for managing their purchases and reservations through the Fit by Wix app or The Studio website.

Attire & Hygiene 

  • Wear clothing that allows comfort and ease of movement.

  • Grip socks are required for Pilates reformer classes for your safety and hygiene.

  • Shirts with sleeves are required for all Aerial Yoga classes to help preserve the fabric.

Courtesy & Equipment

  • Respect personal space, belongings and privacy of other students.

  • Mats and props are provided.

  • Treat studio equipment with care and respect. Thoroughly clean any equipment or props used at the end of class.

  • Report any damaged equipment to the teacher immediately.

  • Refrain from using mobile devices during class to maintain focus and tranquility.

  • Help us maintain a sustainable environment by bringing a reusable water bottle.

Shop Returns

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.

  • Sale items are non-returnable. 

Lost Items

  • The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

Age Minimum

  • Participants must be at least 16 years old to attend regular classes.
